Step 1: Gather Snow
Step 2: Add one 12 oz can of evaporated milk
Step 3: Add sugar Step 4: Add vanilla
Step 5: Mix it all togetherStep 6: Try it to make sure it tastes right
No, REALLY... Try it!
Step 7: Serve in bowls
Step 8: Add flavors, if desired
